Hi, You should be able to use % (and other symbols) in your password, but you have to make sure you urlencode the password before sending it along when using ClientLogin.
It seems that the .NET client library does escape these correctly when using .setUserCredentials(), I was able to use the DocList Uploader example with a % in the password of my test account. Are you using the latest version of the SDK?
