There is nothing to do with programming. You just need to config your emulator (eg. Sun WTK) the proxy settings. I don't think we need to consider proxy even for the real device. My program just use the networking channel in the device. I don't care what it is or how to config it as long as the device can connect to the internet.
I just want to know why it gives me error 503 when I try to create a new album via proxy?
