I understand that the OAuth spec does not say anything about this topic. My goal for using Google's OAuth is to leverage our company's Google accounts as a mechanism for logging into our own internal websites. In other words, I am using OAuth as an authentication mechanism and am not using any of the data APIs.
One of the requirements is to have access to the user's e-mail. There is no way to access this after acquiring the access token. Client certificates often have a CN, and there is nothing of the sort here. An Account Data API might also help expose the user's information. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Data Protocol" group.
