My national radio topic for Monday: Google denies using Gmail to train
AI, but ...
On my usual Monday national network radio tech segment, I'll be
discussing Google's denial of a rumor that everybody's Gmail is being
used to train their Gemini AI, and the much broader question as to how
the hell anyone is supposed to really understand if, when, and how
deeply their own content is being manipulated by, fed to, or augmented
in complicated ways by Big Tech AI systems. Hint: It's an awful mess.
