Google Gemini, image creation, and billionaires
As an experiment, I tried using Google Gemini's
bananayammawhateverthehellit'scalled AI to create a simple test
pattern with some text overlaid on it. After an hour of trying
different prompts and updated prompts, with long waits between each as
Google wasted more electricity, I finally gave up. Such a simple
thing, and Google was utterly incapable of getting it right. I created
the image manually with Gimp in 5 minutes. Generative AI is,
essentially, a horrifically wasteful fraud, as it sucks up
electricity, water, and now computer RAM driving its prices through
the roof, all to enrich the Billionaire Big Tech CEOs with this AI
Slime. The Billionaires ARE THE PROBLEM.
