[Borderline criminal] Microsoft plans to enable
companies to create their own AI-powered virtual employees
So now we're going to have to learn how to get past these brain dead
AI "virtual employees" to get to someone who knows how to actually
fix anything. As if support at these firms wasn't already a train wreck.
