In addition to previous mail, note that I have modified my mount strategy. It is now done in /etc/fstab, with correct uid set. So now file created are owned by thierry. As a consequence the issue described in 1) 2) 3) 4) are solved. I can create and modify and save whatever file with wine/notepad or native mousepad. Nevertheless what I describe above with picaca is still valid. That's a Picasa issue.
