Today in Picasa 3 I noticed the image propertie's Camera Date Time
sometimes differs from the time summarised in the info line (just
above where captions display). The info line date time is one hour
less that what it should be. The real pain is that the images sort
incorrectly by date-time.

Daylight saving ended in New Zealand a couple of weeks ago, I supposed
this could be part of the problem, but the images have resided on this
system for a couple of months prior to daylight saving ending.

The problem can be fixed if I remove the folder from picasa and add it
back in, but this loses the Album memberships. Is there a way to
force a rescan?

BTW, why is the geotag menu inoperative?
