I have tried "order prints" in 2.7 and the "shop" button in picasa 3 beta on my ubuntu 9.04 system with the same result. Clicking on "shop" opens a new blank picasa window directly on top of the old one with all the menu options greyed out except for the help menu. The only thing you can do then except get help is to kill the window which returns you to the main picasa window again. Is this a known feature/ bug? As it is I can't order prints at all (in the UK) as a result.
