Dear all,

I am having an issue with Picasa version 3.0.0 for linux. I am trying
to backup my albums using
the backup function of picasa (Tools -> Backup Pictures).

Here's what I do:

. I go "Tools -> Backup Pictures.."
. I select "New set"
. I name my set "Test" and select the option "Disk to Disk backup (for
external and network drives"
as I prefer to back up to my external usb disk.
. I choose "files to backup: All Fle Types"
. I click "Create"

Ok, now I click "Select all" in the "Select folders & albums to
backup".

And here I have my problem: a message appears saying "Not enough disk
space on drive"
and the "backup" button fades is not clickable.

The disk space on drive is more than enough for the backup, but picasa
is not calculating it
right.

Btw, if I want to create a backup on CD/DVD, picasa does allow the
backup but it doesn't
ask you if you want DVDs or CDs, choosing automatically CDs. That
creates a big number
of CD isos, which is very inconvenient when you can use empty DVDs.

In a few words, the backup function is extremely buggy. Is there
anything I could do?
Any help or comments would be greatly appreciated..

P.S. I am using Debian squeeze
