Dear Marco H.

Files ending in .exe are Windows programs.  If you're running Linux,
you've tried to download the program for the wrong operating system.
If you want the Windows program, you should take your problem to the
Windows group.  This is a Linux group.  You may get some help from
someone else here, but I don't know how to help you with Windows
stuff.
