Amazing..... I just started google-earth on my openSUSE 12.1 system to examine the font appearance which had not drawn my attention previous. The look very good, clear and distinctive. AND, I am currently away from my desktop ssh-ing into it from a windows laptop over wireless. The font problem must be a *buntu* problem. I was advised that I was opening google-earth in opengl mode and suggested directx would perform better, but directx mode crashes... opengl mode displayed properly. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA HOG # US1244711 http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google-Labs-Picasa-for-Linux" group.
