Hi Javier--

I think you're correct in that currently fromEncoded is the only way
to create holes (I know that's the case in the JS API). Please file a
feature request for supporting it in normal polys, and I'll ask the
team about it.

Would also be interesting to hear if you think there'd be a better way
of letting developers specifying polys with holes, besides multiple
arrays.
