After too many hours of frustration I decided to forget the pre-made
components and started to create my own scrollbar.

I've now made a knob that can be dragged, and at least
MouseEvent.MOUSE_UP from stage gets blocked by the infowindow (thus
disabling the default method of detecting when mouse has been
released). As a workaround I added an eventlistener to the infowindow
as well as stage. Everything looks promising now :)
