We don't directly offer a service for doing this. You can,
inefficiently, use some of our other services to achieve something
similar. See Esa's example of doing snap-to-route using the reverse
geocoder:

We don't offer reverse geocoding in the Maps API for Flash, but likely
will in a future release.
