Thank you Pamela, I am mostly interested in how to get an image to 'travel from/ to' (doesn't need to be a penguin).
For learning purposes I tried to get Penguin to work in FlexBuilder. It hangs up somewhere when I run it on my web page although it works when I run it from the SWF debug file. So the best example for me would be a commented demo I can learn from in both FlexBuilder and CS3 of an icon (marker, or whatever else) traveling from point a to point b via streets (extra credit via a polyline). Let me know if you want me to post some of the examples I already converted to CS3.
