Hi A- There is no mechanism for moving the copyright strings. You could file a feature request for it in our issue tracker, but I do doubt that we would fulfill such a request, given that we've had a standard location for data copyrights across Google mapping products for the past 3 years, and haven't yet allowed anyone to change the position of those copyrights.
My suggestion would be for you to design your graphics so that they do not cover the bottom copyrights and Google logo.
