Hi, I'm thinking of making a Flash / Air app, using the Google maps API. If possible, I'd like to support it with streamed adverts inside the app, along the lines of CPM star, Mochi Ads etc. Would this be violating the terms and conditions - where it states - "Your service must be freely accessible to end users. To use Google mapping technology in other types of applications, please use Google Maps API Premier."
