Hi Elisheva- Unfortunately, there was a bug in our code that caused the high-resolution Israel data to be available in the Flash API. This thread discovered it: http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-api-for-flash/browse_thread/thread/90502a7b1e4f2063/212231923e434ea9
We've since fixed the bug so that Israel data is no longer exposed in the API. We do not have the license to provide this to users of the API at this time.
