Hi Sebastien-

You should use the standard MarkerManager, not the multi-level
MarkerManager that automatically assigns zoom levels for you.

You should store the zoom level as an attribute in the markers XML,
and then add each marker at their zoom level to the MarkerManager
(specified as 2nd argument to addMarker).
