You can use LatLngBounds. Here's some simple code that should
demonstrate the general concept:

var bounds:LatLngBounds = new LatLngBounds();
bounds.extend(latLng1);

bounds.extend(latLng2);
bounds.extend(latLng3);
map.setCenter(bounds.getCenter());
map.setZoom(map.getBoundsZoomLevel(bounds));
