My under standing is that right now Google doesn't not have its CrossDomain.xml security file set to allow the flash player client to manipulate the map image tile pixels which your application will throw a security error and crash if you try to use AlivePDF or similar client side pdf makers in flash. Your server would have to call the limited (non flash) print api, rebuild your map and pass back that pdf page.
