I'm trying to use some long polylines for debugging info. But if the
line spans wider than the screen (ie the start and end points are off
screen) the line will not be drawn, even though it intersects the view
port.

I assume this is expected behaviour to aid efficacy, but is there a
way to always draw everything in this debug case?
