The setCenter function simply takes a LatLng object and a number, not
a object like the 'options' parameters of a lot of the API.
Try using the following function for your event closure:
function(e:MapMouseEvent):void {
googleMap.setCenter( (e.target as Marker).getLatLng(), 7);
}
