I'm afraid loading a KML file in the Flash API isn't terribly easy, as it
requires use of the open-source KML parser, and generally some tweaking
depending on the namespace of your KML file.

Loading KML in the JS API is quite easy as you can just use the GGeoXml
class, if JS is an option for you.

Otherwise, download the KMLParser example and library, try replacing the
file with your own file, change the namespace if needed, and let us know how
you fare.
