If I click on Colorado I get the following error:
TypeError: Error #1090: XML parser failure: element is malformed.
at gapi_CO_v2_fla::MainTimeline/readXml()
at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEventFunction()
at flash.events::EventDispatcher/dispatchEvent()
at flash.net::URLLoader/onComplete()
That may be where your problem lies. I'm using Safari 3.2.3 on OS X
