Definitely it is very possible. Check the doc on the property
InfoWindowOptions.customContent:DisplayObject

1. Create your own DisplayObject class to contain and layout any
contents you name.
2. Construct it with content instance.
3. Set customContent in InfoWindowOptions,
4. Open InfoWindow with that InfoWindowOptions.


For the first question regarding HTML Table in Flex, you may mishear
that. HTML display is support in AIR, which AIR Runtime contains the
functionality, but Flex cannot afford the size of the code of fully
supporting HTML Table.

However, you can use Grid (a Flex containerr) to make tabular layout
for your data and controls.
