Thank for getting back on this. I was looking at weather channel UI provided by Google on my maps section. There we could see the weather information(overlays) displayed on google map. Could you please explain how the overlays are displayed for radar, cloud options on weather channel google map page ? Are these simply GIFs overlayed on map ? How these images are formed ? Are these images served by the weather data provider (any webservice) ? I'm aware of how to use ground overlays once you got the image .
It would be great if you can throw light on this, thank you once again. - Mili I_Watkins wrote: > Hi Mili, > > There are not specific calls to display weather data, but plenty of > ways of getting weather data displayed. > > If you can give us the specifics on what form your sources and web > services are in, maybe we can help getting them overlayed. > > Cheers > > Ian --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API For Flash" group.
