Will the SWF be hosted on different domains, or always the same one?

If the SWF is hosted on the same domain always, then you can register
a key for that domain and store it in the code.

If the SWF is hosted on multiple domains, you can create the SWF
without a key in it, and then register a key for each new domain that
it is hosted on, and pass that key in through the HTML.

It's not ideal, but perhaps you can make it work.
