There have been a few reports of that, but I haven't managed to
replicate.

I'm testing a 3d map with 1.16, in Debug mode in Flex Builder in
Windows, and doing some random pan/zoom/tilts.

It seems to indicate an issue with retrieving a particular tile, but
if you're not seeing the visible effect of that failure, perhaps it's
offscreen or not necessary.

I'll keep looking out for that in my debug sessions.
