Hello, I am in the process of starting a fun new website. My idea is to try and get a google map of the world with a certain background on my homepage and the ability to scroll over a city for example that produces some general info, links and pics.
I have looked and looked online but can't seem to find if there is a program out there I can use. I am not very tech savvy and just learning the whole web-building process as I do more research. I have a basic concept of what I want, just not sure if it exists or can be created. If anyone can guide me in the right direction on where I might be able to find what I am looking for.
