This is not the best way to do this using html to embed the image in
flash will limit control. Instead do a search for customInfoWindow or
its called something like that, then you are free free free to have
whatever you like in there. You make a class for this custom info
window that does what you want in this case add an image and then when
you create each marker you set the customInfoWindow property to the
class. There are posts on that so have a look round.

I strongly suggest you dont use html in flash.
