Not knowing how you set up your custom info window. I would assume you have a vector graphic for the background of the info window like the example here: http://gmaps-samples-flash.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/demos/CustomInfoWindowStyledDemo/CustomInfoWindowStyledDemo.html
