With the announcement of the ElevationService and Elevation Web Service (http://googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.com/2010/03/aint-no- mountain-high-enough.html), we can now do away with the need for using 3rd party services for obtaining elevation data. This is great!
While we can start using the web service right away, I'm wondering if their are plans to include the ElevationService class in the next release of the Flash Maps API swc? (And if there's any word on when this might be?)
