What's the purpose of removing copyright info?
If you are using Google's map images, then you should not remove it.
If you are using your own map images, then you can specify your own
copyright information in your map type. See this example:

http://gmaps-utility-library-flash.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/examples/ArcGISLink/bin-release/StatePlane.html

The "terms of use" link can not be removed in either case.

In general, there is no difference between free and premium license,
functionality wise.
