Hi there,
I am working on a real estate website which should have the
functionality of creating
a pdf (via AlivePDF) including details about a house/flat etc.
together with a map
created by a screenshot of Google Maps (done by means of the method
provided
by the Google Maps API for Flash: getPrintableBitmap()). At the end
the user
receives one page full of details about the house/flat he is
interested in.

This means every user of the website would create the pdf by himself,
so in my
opinion no copies of Google Maps are distributed.

1) Is the procedure described above in accordance with Google Terms of
Service?
I have not studied Law but I could not find anything that seems to
forbid this way.

2) Currently the printed map has the logo on it "Power by Google", a
copyright note
from TeleAtlas and the words "Terms of Use". Should it include any
further information?

3) The website would be without any commercial purpose, so the
Enterprise version of
Google Maps API for Flash/Flex is not needed, correct?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Padraig
