It seems the problems is due to caching the files. When I change the
Browsing History settings in IE from "automatic" to "Everytime I visit
The Page" --it works fine and the map loads&works properly every time
I refresh the page.

Is there a permanent solution to this? Can I make it not to cache
content for my map?

Thanks,
