seems not fixed in 1.20, still waiting. We've coded a workaround, quite complex, which is to trap all MouseEvent (not MapMouseEvent) and recode moving, zooming, etc. Doesn't re enable visual controls (it could be done as well, by fully recoding them), but at least second, third, etc.. maps are usable. Please tell me if you need that workaround code.
