Hi Joseph, Not sure if you got this resolved, just going through some of the oldies on here that never got answered, I think generally you can't call BitmapData.draw on the map you need to use theMap.getPrintableBitmap (I'm pretty sure the reasoning is something along the lines of not wanting people to "scrape" or steal the tile data since that's licensed from "cartographers" or whatever you would refer to modern atlas/map companies as, there's also references in the Terms of Services about being sure the copyright information is on screen and tile images are only displayed in the same context as the map... not entirely clear on what that part means). I'm having trouble finding the part I'm referencing in particular but the document I'm talking about is here: http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html
