Dear Google map experts I want to create a flash movie that consist of 2 layer, the bottom layer is a google map with specific lat-long, zoom level, width and height, the top layer is several dot (movieclips) that I put over the map and act as active point (say as location mark) that will sent a message if I click one of it.
The flash movie above, will be loaded as a picture in a flex web application, and the zoom level etc will be controlled via the flex apps. Recently I have success with static picture, but after I read the license agreement that said loading a static (printed picture) from google need a permission or license, I begin pessimistic if google give me such permission.
