Hi Rui, There's not a good answer for this one, I don't think. But here's some info on the topic:
This is the method provided by google for getting the bitmapData of a screenshot for printing http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/flash/reference.html#Map.getPrintableBitmap Below is a short discussion about fitting within the TOS http://groups.google.com/group/google-maps-api-for-flash/browse_thread/thread/9121c33512de2f8b/9eb5714a3f32b077 Here's some info regarding stitching bitmap data together to create a higher quality image (how this would actually be conveyed to the print job would be my question): http://www.actionscript.org/forums/showthread.php3?t=194577 ^ in these posts they also assume for their solution that you have a vector of the original image, instead you'd have to zoom in and pan around and make a few calls to getPrintableBitmap (hard part I think here would be knowing when all the tiles have finished loading after each zoom/pan in order to take the shots at the right time, plus dealing with making the UI not seem like it's going insane while this process occurs). I've seen video of vector maps working in Honey Comb on a Xoom so I know that capability exists to some capacity but haven't seen or heard anything about it on the flash maps side of things (or anywhere but Android really) http://www.google.com/support/mobile/bin/answer.py?answer=1079043 Let me know if anyone finds anything to contradict these or a solution.
