Yeah HTML5 is a joke. Let's take a step backward I'm the programming world and lose all OOP. Move back to progressive streaming for video and lose good IDE and debugging. No real scope on objects and 3 different pieces html css and js. Oh and then there is the fact it isn't even ready and you aren't supposed to use it on production site because you never know who has an updated browser or if the updated browser will support the features the developer used.
Good job Google moving away from Flash after Flash is supported by almost every computer except the iPhone. Which if Apple doesn't support flash they will lose their customers just like the did with their desktop business.
