If you upgrade to the latest Google Maps flash api this should go away. I 
had the same problem (suing version 1.18 of the API instead of the latest, 
which is 1.20). Something changed with how Google sends back JSON data about 
the copyrights to display on the map. But they are doing that differently 
for the latest version of the API (they pack the data into a SWF file 
instead of sending raw JSON back).
