This is great news that there are active effort making and supporting mapping with Flash/Flex! I cannot say how much time I have saved writing browser and mobile apps with Flex!

Now that Google Maps API for Flash is deprecated, would it be possible to allow OpenScales to display images from Google maps with a copyright ? It's forbidden with the current terms of services (see # http://code.google.com/intl/fr/apis/maps/faq.html tos_tiles) but technically it would be easy to implement. I am convinced that a change in the terms of services will allow all Flash users to continue to benefict the most of Google's data. Migrate to the JavaScript API is not always possible...
