For google earth inside a flex app, you'll have to use the google earth
browser plugin inside of an iframe.  This app is using it in this way.
 Click on the wyoming state capital and then the View in 3D globe.

It uses the flex-iframe project and some javascript to push navigation
commands to the google earth plugin.
