You could measure the road and create a polyline of that width, but it
will only fit at the particular zoom level where you measured it.
If you want it to fit at all zoom levels, you need to watch for
"zoomend" events, calculate the appropriate width for that zoom level
and perform poly.setStrokeStyle({width:n})
