It does.  And according to Pamela it will move up as soon as they get
a version without regression errors.  However, it is really old at the
speed the API changes and does not support all the nifty new features
(so if you use it, you need to be really conservative about what
features of the API you use).  The general concensus is to use v2 for
production sites, however that breaks occasionally, so hardcoding a
version from when your site was working may solve your current problem
(v2.118 - v2.122)
