Puts me in London too. (But in reality I am about 40 miles south)
Interestingly neither of our ISPs are based in London, so its almost
certainly just the capital of the country :)

At the very least I would suggest that 13 is way too close a zoom
level to use, of course its configurable in your own app, its just the
demo that has used 13 :)
