The basic strategy is:
GEvent.addListener(marker,"click", function() {
// calculate the URL of the file
GDownloadUrl(url, function(data) {
// use that data to construct GInfoWindowTabs
marker.openInfoWindoTabsHtml(...);
});
});
So the "click" event only launches the GDownloadUrl. It's the
GDownloadUrl completion event that launches the openInfowindow.
