That's not got anything to do with it.

If I run the test with an empty cache and make sure that there's enough 
room for the window to appear without moving the map, then it's wrong 
the first time (when the image is not in cache) and right the second 
time (when the image is in cache).

If I then empty the cache again and position the map so that it has to 
move the map to display the info window, then it's wrong the first time 
(when the image is not in cache) and right the second time (when the 
image is in cache).
